The Joplin Roadrunners are a group of local runners of all ages and abilities. We meet on the second Thursday of every month to share our experiences, encourage one another, preview upcoming races and enjoy one another's fellowship. It is our goal to promote and foster running in the tri-state area. Check this Website for meeting locations and time.
Additionally, as some of you already know, there have been some incidents involving cars/people following runners or cars almost hitting runners/cyclists. Runners and cyclists that would like to report an incident involving a vehicle or person can do so on the following website: http://look4states.org/home.html
Of course, a good description and a license plate number will help the police immensely with the case.
You can print out the form below and mail it to Joplin Roadrunners, P.O. Box 847, Joplin, MO 64802 or give it to Nathan Sicher or Jenna Henry Mutz. Additionally, Nathan and Jenna will have forms with them most places they go.
